Mr. Atul Jain aged around 50 years is a Graduate from Agra University. He is a Managing Director of M/s Business Line (Ispat) Pvt. Ltd incorporated in 1996 in state of Bihar. The company is engaged in business of rendering Cargo Handling Services.

He has also worked as consignee agent for Vizag Steel Plant and SAIL for their material export to Nepal. The business was purely providing services to both the public sector companies under a contract and receives remuneration from SAIL and Vizag Steel Plant SAIL used to keep stock of Iron & Steel material worth Rs. 10 Crores in their custody. He has experience of trading of Iron & Steel material as well. He has a vast experience of about 20 years in iron and steel industry. From last ten-year company was not operating in any business & even though Atul Jain has also not associated with the company as he started several other businesses from 2010 onwards. 

Mr. Vikas Aggarwal earned his degree in Commerce from Delhi University and Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2007 and brings with him rich experience of Audit and Assurance, Tax Consultancy and Management advisory services. He holds a specialization in Corporate Finance & Tax Advisory Services, Corporate Laws and Management Consultancy with expertise in the areas of Investment Banking, Debt Management Planning and Takeover/Acquisition of Companies.
